You can follow simple and easy Ayurvedic tips to maintain your immunity. Also you can consume few food stuffs as mentioned in Ayurveda to maintain your immunity power, like foe example; consuming milk, ghee etc., daily. There are number of herbs in the list of immunity boosters on prescription.


Here’s how to do it:

  1. Avoid sedentary lifestyle.

  2. Eat healthy meals at proper time, avoid over eating.

  3. Early to bed and early to rise, avoid late night shifts.

  4. Minimum 8 hours night sleep daily.

  5. Exercise regularly, practice yoga, mediation, avoid stressful life.
