"Dinacharya" is termed as the activities to be followed for Ayurvedic lifestyle. In today's busy world people have forgotten the actual activities to be followed to maintain healthy state of body, mind and soul. 'Dinacharya' is composed of two words 'Dina' means day and 'charya' means activities, means the daily activities which you need to follow to maintain over all health.

Ayurveda is 5000 years ancient science, it not only explains about the treatment of diseases but also explains about the daily and seasonal activities one should follow in order to maintain health. Sages (Acharya) have explained in detailed about the daily activities so that the three dosha are balanced in the body.
